Top Training: My teammates told me that if I really wanted to work on tone and definition, then Trainer Dietrich was the go-to guy. Tall, hairy, muscled: it didn't take much convincing for me to sign up for some private training sessions. When we finally got together, I could hardly keep my eyes off him. He had me lay on my back to start doing reps of sit-ups. He had his hands on my feet to hold them down, but he interestingly leaned forward so that every time I came up our faces were so close they almost touched. My natural instincts almost kicked in, it took everything I had not to kiss him because there were barely inches between our lips! Next were push-ups. This time I felt him stroke his hands on my body as I raised and lowered myself.
