The PERP resists the officer, getting physocally and verbally agressive nad causing a disturbance. The officer successfully detains the PERP and conducts a routime cavity search to retrieve possible stolen goods. The PERP Asked to be informed of his crimes but the officer states that his rights have been waved by his criminal activity.
