John Rodriguez is a driven Sales Manager who is looking to exceed his department's revenue target for the year. He has created a highly defined business plan that all but ensures success IF his boss and company owner, Nicholas Bardem, agrees to increase his staffing budget by 5%. John summons the nerve to approach Nicholas with the request and is almost immediately denied. But John doesn't give up so easily and comes up with an idea that could get him what he needs.
