Okay guys here’s a page right out of the Organization’s manual on introductory techniques for sexual gratification using only the conscious mind.

If you follow these simple directions I can guarantee you a memorable experience, BUT you gotta follow the directions. There are going to be times when you will want to stop this exercise and bring yourself off. You’re going to be that excited, but use some control and you’ll have an even better result.

Ready? Here goes: (read the whole thing first)

1. You’re going to need 45 minutes to an hour. So first and foremost make sure you’ve got enough time to complete this exercise.

2. You are going to need privacy (obviously) and some kind of sound control. Here’s what I mean by sound control. You need to be surrounded by white noise or some other monotonous sounds, sounds that repeat over and over, absolutely no vocal music and most other music is too distracting. So either opt for as quiet as you can make it or get yourself an OHM record (it’s a recording of a group of monks saying OOOOOHHHHHMMMMM over and over and they are available at most large record stores, also CD Now and Amazon.com—but you don’t absolutely need the record). Some of the new age music works OK just make sure that the melody etc. is boring as hell, something that WILL NOT DISTRACT YOU. And if you’re going to use some kind of music or a recording of white noise etc. make sure it will last for an hour. It will totally fuck up your concentration if the damn OHMing stops half way through the session. So you need some sound control. You can use headphones or earplugs as an alternative but that means you can’t make your own audio tape (hold on the explanation is coming.).

3. You may want to make an audio tape of you reading the script I am about to give you. It’s boring as hell to make a tape, but once it’s made it works a million times better than only using your conscious mind talking to you in your head. If you have a partner or a jerk-off buddy then make the tape while he has the experience.

4. Okay we’re getting close. You must be totally naked to do this exercise…not even socks, so make sure the room is warm enough. I’ve had clients tell me that they were able to do the exercise under a blanket, but that was after they’d done it a couple dozen times. So, in the beginning you gotta be naked and free, no distractions, blankets or sheets etc.

5. You need to either lie down or sit back in a reclining chair. The chair is my favorite.

6. Do not be surprised if you are totally turned on and hard and wanting to cum from the very beginning of this exercise. The more you do this the hornier you get even thinking about it.

7. And so we begin. The comments in parentheses are my instructions to the reader and should not be spoken. Also, the stuff in quotation marks is added dialogue you will use if you’re reading this into a tape recorder or to someone else. If you’re doing this by yourself without a tape then leave the words in quotes out)

8. Move into your mind. The script that follows is what you are going to say to yourself, either in your head or on tape. (If you’re working with a friend then he’ll be doing the talking. Don’t forget to make a tape.) And you can add words of your own as you go along. Also, repeat, repeat, and repeat. You can go back and repeat various instructions. The slower you go and the more you repeat the deeper you’ll go and the better the experience will be.

9. Before we begin you need to know that you’re going to be laying quietly…very little movement. If I say go to your feet. I’m talking about using your mind to feel your feet. I don’t want you to actually use your hand and feel your feet. Also, if you have an itch during the exercise, SCRATCH IT. Don’t allow anything to spoil your concentration, so like I said if you have to smile, then smile etc. etc. Otherwise whatever little thing is bothering you will prevent you from enjoying this exercise.

10. Here we go. Very Slowly, Very, Very, Very slowly SAY THESE WORDS (just the words not the numbers)

11. Relax and spend the next whole minute concentrating on your breathing. Take nice deep breaths in and out, in and out. (Take a whole minute)

12. Close your mouth and breathe through your nose. Feel the air as it moves into your nose…past your throat…down into your lungs.

13. Feel as your lungs expand and fill with air. (GO SLOW!!!) (If you’re reading this to someone else watch their chest to time what you’re saying to fit what they are doing, i.e. make sure they are indeed breathing in, when you’re talking about breathing in etc.)

14. Keep going nice and slow…in and out…feel as your lungs expand…feel the air as it leaves your body.

15. And with every breath that you take, (if you’re reading this add “and the sound of my voice”) you go deeper and deeper relaxed…deeper and deeper and deeper.

16. And with every breath that you take, “and the sound of my voice” you go deeper and deeper relaxed…deeper...deeper…deeper.

17. And as you breathe in…and out…in…and out I want your mind to go to the sensitive spot near the head of your dick (prick, cock, pecker, use whichever word you like the best, whichever word makes you hot) I want you to send all your thought, all your concentration to that one spot near the head of your dick (if you have trouble finding the spot in your mind you can, for the first few exercises, very lightly touch it with your index finger. Touch it lightly and keep your finger there until your mind has a fix on the spot, then remove your finger. From now on your mind should have no trouble finding it. Do Not Be surprised if you’re tempted to bring yourself off, even this early in the exercise, but try to keep going.)

18. Now when your mind finds that spot I want you to send all your thought all your sensation to that spot.

19. And as you breathe you will feel all the energy in your body begin to move, begin to move to that one small spot on your dick.

20. And with every breath that you take you can feel the blood in your dick and you can feel how hot and how hard it is getting.

21. Breathe in…breathe out…breathe in…breathe out…

22. And with every breath that you take, “and the sound of my voice” you go deeper and deeper relaxed…and all your mind…and all your energy is pulsing toward that one spot on your dick.

23. Now we are going to go to the bottoms of your feet. I want you to send your mind to the bottoms of your feet, and to your toes. Let your mind feel your feet. Let your mind feel your toes…yes…that’s it… feel your feet

27. Now we are going to go to your knees. Let your mind travel down to your knees. Feel your knees…that’s it…let your mind rest in your knees.

This section you can script on your own. I suggest you go: elbows, then shoulders, top of the head, face and chin, neck, chest and that’s usually way more than enough. Do not be surprised if you come at any point after #40. Lots and lots of clients never get to #50. That’s why this is a great exercise. It gives you some practice with deep relaxation (not hypnosis but a precursor to hypnosis), and you can use these same techniques to get rid of headaches or relieve pain.

Most of my clients shot very soon after being told it was okay. For the other 25% it depended on the person. Here are some alternate ways to end this exercise:

1. If you’re using a tape or working with a partner you can try the counting to ten method.. It goes like this: (SLOWLY)

I am going to count to ten and when I get to ten I am going to clap my hands and when I clap my hands you are going to come. When I clap my hands you are going to come hard and you are going to come and come and come. When I get to ten and clap my hands.

ONE, closer and closer, you can feel how hard your dick is and how much you need to cum. You need to cum. Harder and harder and harder and hotter and hotter and hotter.

TWO, closer and closer. You can feel your need growing. You need to cum. You want to cum. You need to cum. and you can feel your dick and your dick is so hard and it’s throbbing and it’s so hard and it’s so hot

2. For some resistant clients I let them use some manual stimulation at the very end, but it shouldn’t take more than one or two strokes to complete the deal. If it takes more you’re doing something wrong!!!

3. The last way to end the exercise is to say something like this:

I want you to concentrate on your breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. With your whole mind

(You get the idea. Like I said most guys get off without a problem. I’ve had clients go for a marathon of orgasms because once your master the technique it gets easier and easier. I’ve had clients who said that after a while they could send their total concentration to that sweet spot on their dicks anytime, anywhere; out on a date, in bed, at the movies, playing baseball, all they had to do was concentrate and BINGO their dick got hard as a rock and that spot starts to get very, very hot.
